DIVISION OF MONETARY AFFAIRS

I. Introduction

The Division of Monetary Affairs is an entity belonging to the Falcuty of Banking of the University of Economics HoChiMinh City.

Almost members of Division of Monetary Affairs are Ph.D and MBA. We’ve postgraduated from well-known universities in Vietnam and abroad We are active with experiences in teaching and researching. We comprise members as below :

II. Brief introduction of courses under the Division of Monetary Affairs’ responsibilities

1. Commercial Banking Practices

The course provides general kowledges of Commercial Banking Practices, helping the students knowing the activities of commercial banks, through the main business transactions in Vietnam With the main objective to equip students with the knowledge of Commercial Banking including: Leasing, discount of valuable papers, bank guarantees, factoring, export finance, and other banking services … and so create background for graduated students easy to access to the work environment at commercial banks and apply learned knowledge in the the financial and banking sector

2. Credit Evaluation

This course help the students know about the credit evaluation system and discuss the primary objectives of credit evaluation and decision making stages of lending process.

3 Banking Practices on Stock Market

After studying this course, students will understand the Banking Practices on Stock Market in Vietnam.
