UEH is one of the partners of “Joint University and Enterprise Learning” JEUL Erasmus Plus Project – under Erasmus Plus Project – to enhance capacity of higher educational institutions. The 3-year project, funded by the European Commission (EU), consists of 09 partners, including 05 European Universities, 02 Vietnamese Universities and 02 Chinese Universities.
Specifically, JEUL ERASMUS + Project aims to improve the quality of teaching and training in higher education, in face of internationalization. The project provides a platform where all partners within the project work together with enterprise representatives to share their experiences, to build and develop teaching and learning methods, as well as curricula to meet the demand of enterprises and the labor market.
UEH participates in the project as a partner and the School of Banking under UEH will be the recipient of funding from the Project, and is mainly responsible for (work package 2) developing case studies, creating a sustainable connection between enterprises and universities. In addition, UEH also participates in regular activities of the project such as improvement on capacity of faculty, managers and students at European universities in the period of 2018-2020.
With the project funding, UEH will build a UEH SIMULATION LAB simulation center to utilize advanced teaching models and shorten the gap between theory and practice, helping students better adapt to the technological environment in the field of Banking – Finance – Securities.
